MEMS hollow fiber solutions cover the full production pathway, from spinning of polymer solutions into fiber form, through potting and module assembly, to precision cutting and coating of hollow fiber modules. Systems are available for both lab-scale and pilot / commercial-scale membrane production, enabling controlled process parameters and consistent outcomes across fiber manufacture workflows.

Flat Sheet Membrane Systems

For flat sheet membrane fabrication, MEMS offers casting systems that apply polymer films with high thickness precision, along with coating systems that enhance surface properties and support performance tuning. In addition, spiral-wound assembly systems allow conversion of flat sheet membranes into functional modules for further testing or small-scale deployment, supporting a wide range of materials and membrane types.

Evaluation & Testing Systems

MEMS also provides dedicated evaluation systems for membrane characterization, including multi-purpose flat sheet test units, spiral wound RO testing setups, and permeation cells in different configurations.
