Founder of the company – Dr. Eng. Szymon Dutczak completed his PhD at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. With over 20 years of experience in membrane technologies, he has built strong industrial expertise through roles in membrane manufacturing and membrane and device research, including work in the medical field on dialysis membranes and dialyzers. He was directly involved in the research, development, and optimization of advanced membranes and filtration solutions. His background combines academic depth with hands-on industry practice, supporting the translation of membrane innovation into scalable, application-oriented technologies.

Co-owner of Me-Sep - Dr. Eng. Krzysztof Trzaskuś after completing his PhD at the University of Twente in the Netherlands, he continued his professional career focusing on the development and industrial production of novel membrane technologies for water and wastewater treatment applications. With over 14 years of experience in the membrane industry, he has been actively involved in translating advanced research into scalable, high-performance membrane solutions, contributing to both innovation and commercialization within the sector.

2025
Me-Sep expanded its lab space, offices, and machinery. The company broadened its offering by providing services in membrane and membrane module characterization.
2023
The company opened a new facility in Ściejowice near Kraków, Poland. The Me-Sep team grew to 20 people. We accompany and support companies and research institutions in scaling up membrane technology from R&D to pilot and production scale. Through these activities, the company has built extensive expertise in bridging innovative membrane solutions from the laboratory stage to pilot-scale and industrial implementation.
2022
Me-Sep grew to 10 employees and participated in multiple projects funded by the European Union. The company's portfolio expanded to include various sizes of centrifuges, guillotines for cutting modules, and resin dosing and mixing machines. Me-Sep also began collaborations as a distributor of Porometer and Philos machines.
2021
Me-Sep was incorporated as Me-Sep Sp. z o.o. and expanded its operations, launching the design and production of hollow fiber modules and centrifuges.
2018
Me-Sep was founded, bringing together international expertise to provide specialized consultancy in membrane technology.
