Spinnerets
Hollow fiber spinning spinnerets (nozzles) are precision-engineered tools designed to ensure consistent and reliable hollow fiber membrane extrusion.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, they are available in both single- and double-layer configurations to support applications ranging from research to full-scale production.
Each spinneret can be customized to meet specific project requirements, enabling precise control over fiber dimensions and performance.

Rinsing Station for Hollow Fibers
The rinsing station is designed to effectively remove solvent residues from hollow fiber membrane bundles after the spinning process. Fibers are secured in custom-designed holders, ensuring uniform and controlled flushing throughout the entire bundle.
The system provides precise control of flow and pressure, delivering safe, consistent rinsing conditions. This enables thorough cleaning of the fibers and prepares them for subsequent drying or further processing steps, helping maintain membrane quality and performance.

Fiber Dryer
The fiber dryer is designed for the controlled drying of membrane filters and hollow fiber bundles using heated air. The system can process several filters simultaneously, each placed in a dedicated drying chamber to ensure stable and consistent operation.
During the drying process, heated air is passed through the membrane, while the temperature is continuously monitored to ensure effective and uniform moisture removal.

Bundle Preparation Machine
The bundle preparation machine is designed for controlled preparation of hollow fiber membrane bundles prior to module assembly. It provides a stable platform for positioning and securing bundles, ensuring consistent geometry and edge quality.
The process includes controlled cutting and stabilization of fiber ends to support proper bundle preparation for subsequent potting into the cartridge. The system enables repeatable results and streamlines the transition from fiber production to module assembly.

Memcast by Aptco Technologies
The MemCast™ automatic casting machine is ideal for the automated synthesis of flat sheet polymeric membranes. This state-of-the-art system enables precise fabrication of both self-standing and supported membranes with controlled thickness by applying a uniform thin film of polymer solution onto a high-precision casting plate.

Entry Level Casting Set
A set designed for researchers beginning their journey with membranes. The casting bars allow the formation of a fine polymer layer on glass. The included coagulation cuvette is used for rinsing the membranes. All components are neatly packaged in an elegant, convenient box.

Continuous Flat Sheet Membrane Casting System by MEMS
The Continuous Flat Sheet Membrane Casting System by MEMS is designed for membrane development and pilot-scale production, enabling the transition from batch casting to continuous roll-to-roll fabrication.
Unlike manual or single-sheet methods, the system supports continuous membrane production, with the polymer film moving through casting and subsequent processing stages.
