Module design and manufacturing
We design and manufacture modules for industries such as medical and life sciences, food and beverage processing, and wastewater treatment, as well as for specialized membrane applications including liquid–liquid separation, gas–liquid contactors, and gas separation processes operating at pressures up to 40 bar. Each design is developed with consideration of mechanical stability, chemical compatibility, and process performance.
Potting and integrity testing
Through our Potting Tests, we determine optimal manufacturing parameters and adhesive systems for the intended operating environment, followed by integrity testing to verify module performance. Small-batch production is our specialty, allowing flexibility during development and validation stages.
Contract Manufacturing
Our Contract Manufacturing services accommodate various materials—such as polymers (PVC, PSU, PP, PC) and stainless steel—and module dimensions ranging from 10–200 mm in diameter and 50–2000 mm in length, ensuring quality, durability, and adaptability across industries.
