Potting Centrifuges

Dynamic potting of hollow fiber modules using centrifugation is a highly efficient method for producing high-performance membrane modules. It ensures uniform resin distribution throughout the fiber bundle while keeping the fiber lumens fully open, resulting in reliable sealing without compromising internal flow channels.

Our centrifuges are available from laboratory to production scale and are engineered to accommodate a wide range of module sizes. They offer precise control of key process parameters, enabling stable curing conditions and highly repeatable, consistent results.

To further support specialized applications, we also design custom rotors to meet the specific requirements of our clients.

Midi-centrifuge

The midi-centrifuge is a versatile solution, ideal for producing small to medium-sized modules.

It accommodates modules from 10 to 30 cm in length and features temperature control to support resin curing. Its compact design makes it well suited for laboratory environments and benchtop use.

Pilot-centrifuge

The pilot-centrifuge is designed for handling medium to larger modules, accommodating lengths of up to 70 cm.

Its floor-standing design ensures stable operation, while temperature control supports consistent processing during potting. The system is well suited for more demanding production applications.

The largest centrifuges are designed for efficient production, accommodating modules up to 200 cm in length.

Modules are mounted in a vertical orientation, making it easy to insert even large and heavy modules.

Resin Dosing and Mixing Units

Resin dispensing units are necessary for the precise and homogenous mixing of 2K resins components typically used in membrane module manufacturing.

Designed for mixing two-component polyurethane, epoxy or silicone resins. Available with various sizes of the tanks allowing adjustment of the device to the scale of the process. Robust design with user-friendly and intuitive software.

Guillotines

Guillotines are a simple and dependable solution for precise HF module preparation.

Engineered to minimize particle generation during the cutting process, they are adaptable to a range of module sizes and shapes. Featuring blades crafted from hardened high-quality stainless steel, they ensure durability and sharpness. Each unit is equipped with safety shields, fully compliant with health and safety standards.
