Microscopic Control of Hollow Fiber Membranes
Microscopes are employed in the quality control of hollow fiber membranes.
A complete set for quality control of hollow fiber membranes after the spinning process includes a Delta Microscope, a camera, a holder for fibers, and the software. We also offer training in microscopic characterization of hollow fibers.
Membrane performance testing systems
We design and manufacture complete systems for testing membrane performance in both cross-flow and dead-end configurations.
Each system is engineered to deliver accurate, repeatable results and can be customized to accommodate various membrane types, feed streams, pressures, and flow rates. Our testing systems are built with high-quality components and advanced control options, ensuring reliability, ease of operation, and seamless integration into laboratory or industrial environments.
Membrane testing cells
Testing cells - We offer designing and manufacturing of testing cells for various membrane processes such as:
- Membrane Filtration (RO, NF, UF, MF)
- Membrane Distillation (MD)
- Membrane Contactors (MC)
- Pervaporation (PVA)
Our lab also carry out tests - identify rejection rate, permeation etc. for various membrane types.
